PAUSED or CANCELLED SLO
• No leads will be delivered during the first week following the pause or cancellation request.
• Any remaining leads may be delivered during the second week as part of fulfillment already in progress at the time of the request.

REACTIVATED SLO
• Fulfillment may take up to two (2) weeks to resume.
• Up to twenty-five percent (25%) of leads may be delivered during the first week after reactivation.
• The remaining leads will be delivered by the end of the second week.

I understand that these timelines are part of the standard fulfillment process and agree to allow this timeframe for lead delivery following a pause, cancellation, or reactivation.
