Level Up offers options for one-time lead purchases or Standing Lead Orders (SLO). SLO agents are placed in priority for receiving leads.

Is there a phone number or email for Level Up Leads?

All questions should be directed to the Support Portal as it will go directly to the Team Member responsible for handling your concern. Calls or emails will only delay getting the issue resolved.

Why should I post my sale in your system?

Firstly, we want to celebrate your wins and will provide you will graphics to share on social media. We are also able to see which ad the lead originally came from and are able to optimize for the future. This allows us to continue to give you the highest quality leads possible.

I put 5 states in my order, but I have a lot of leads from just one state.

To ensure there are no fulfillment issues, Level Up Leads are assigned as they generated.

Why do I need 5 states?

Throughout the years of being in business, we have noticed other lead vendors having a problem fulfilling lead orders. We take a proactive approach to ensure your business runs smoothly by requiring 5 state licenses. This allows us to promptly fill lead orders.

How long has Level Up Leads been in business?

The origins of Level Up Leads began in 2020 when two agents from different hierarchies began collaborating on ways to navigate the new world of digital sales. In 2021, Javaughn Spencer and Betsy Barr founded Level Up Consulting Agency as a way to generate leads for themselves and the agents within their agencies. For the next two years, they continued to create and generate leads, write business as well as develop marketing departments for other individual agents.

In 2023, the demand for increased leads prompted a shift in the business strategy and instead of developing marketing departments for other agents, Level Up began offering leads to individual agents.

Using all the data from 3 years of working in the marketing space, Level Up has now proudly served over 800 agents who submitted over $11m in APV to Symmetry Financial Group.
